Siva’s professional background includes employment with a mortgage management firm and working for three of the four major banks, showcasing a breadth of banking knowledge.

Currently working with Wizdom Loans, Siva specializes in delivering customized mortgage solutions and advanced loan structuring strategies to maximize outcomes, helping clients get into their own homes and/or grow and diversify their property portfolios. Through comprehensive consultations, Siva offers tailored mortgage solutions for and is committed to building a lasting partnership with her clients, that extends well beyond the initial transaction, to offer continuous advice and support throughout their entire property journey.

Originally from Singapore, Siva made the move to Australia for her education. Imbued with the values of self-education and wealth creation, she was motivated to embody these principles in her own life. Siva considers knowledge itself as a form of wealth and property investment as one of many tools for wealth creation and maintenance.

Siva herself is a property investor. Her transition into becoming a Mortgage Broker was guided by her passion to support individuals to build wealth, including strategic property investments, and assist them to achieve the financial security they seek. Away from her professional endeavours, Siva enjoys travel and has a passion for interior decorating and small-scale renovations.
